Relax and enjoy the quiet wooded setting our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family open concept home has to offer.  Two short blocks away from the sparkling community pool and tennis courts.  This well equipped beach resort retreat features a screened porch, charcoal grill and more.  Guest will enjoy this bike-walking family friendly white picket fence and tree lined community just one and a half miles from the ocean.  One floor living offers a large vaulted en-suite primary bedroom, vaulted living room, two guest bedrooms, dining area with many games and puzzles, smart TV with sound system and wireless internet.  Enjoy the spacious, well equipped eat-in kitchen while watching birds feeding at the bay window. 

New primary bath walk-in shower also features multiple rain shower heads and 4 way hand held attachment and a separate soaking tub with Jacuzzi jets.  This charming cottage is just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach.  Property has a new HVAC system, washer, dryer and more. 3 parking spaces in driveway.  We are a non-smoking cottage and no pets.
